To complete the eCheck withdrawal process for our users we require a copy of a voided check. This can be uploaded directly in the app by going to your Account Page -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Upload Documents’. If you do not have personal checks, you can send a copy of your most recent bank statement to the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
